That means we want you to be 100 percent happy with the products you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please contact us right away! If your product is defective or is malfunctioning, then you may return it within the first 30 days of your purchase. After you have returned your item to us, we will be happy to either replace it or provide you with a full refund.
Items must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a return. They must also include the original packaging materials, their manuals, their warranties, and any accessories. If an item shows signs of wear, misuse, or negligent use, then it may not qualify for a return. Items with a limited life span such as guitar picks, guitar strings, drum sticks, drum heads, and cleaning products do not qualify for returns. Items that are subject to copyright laws, such as DVDs, CDs, and books, are also not eligible for return.
